Here's how to place a Customer order with us:
Browse our site
and find the item you would like to order from
our retail store.
Take down the "name" and
Description, price and product code. If you cannot
find the item
on our
site please ensure you have as much information
on the item as possible before calling.
If your item is livestock such as a particular
breed of fish or reptile ensure you
have the correct names
before calling.
phone our store on (08) 9300 -9939 and
place your order -
you will be required to provide
your credit
card details over the phone.
When your item arrives
in store we will call you to inform
you that it is ready to collect.
( Delivery is also available at the customers
expense )
All Customer Orders will be held at our Joondalup
Store where
they can be collected unless customer wishes to arrange
special delivery such as Australia Post or by
Courier.
Customers
are required to collect ordered items within
7 days of arrival at our store.
Uncollected items will be returned to supplier
or added to stock after 7 days.
There are no refunds for items
that remain
uncollected after the 7 day
period.
