How to order Pet Products and livestock

or the internet using your favorite search engine
or google to gather information about the item(s)
Before you ring please have as much information
as you can such as the product or livestocks correct "name" if
apropriate the manufacture or wholsalers "product
code" and a description of the item. please ensure you
have as much
If your item is livestock such as a particular
breed of fish, bird, reptile, puppy etc please ensure
that you have the correct names before calling. (
google search it )

however be aware they may have some research
to do themselves so will most likley
have to take down your name and number and
get back to
you with availability and price depending
on the "item" and how busy they are at
the time. (emails are not checked at store level
so phoneing us is the best way to contact
us for any kind of customer order ).
After speaking with our store staff and being
told the availability and price of your items an
if you DO wish
go ahead and place an order you will be
card details over the phone.
When items arrive in store we will ring you to
let you know we have it. All customers are required
to collect ordered items within 7 days of arrival
at our store. (we have limited space to hold items)
Items can be delivered to your door if you live in
a 10km radius of our store - this is handled by a
3rd party at a cost of $20 per delivery ( see more
( Delivery to your door anywhere in Australia is
also available at your expense via Australia Post
Unless otherwise aranged (eg
delivery) all Customer Orders will be held at our Joondalup
they can be collected by you at your convience or you
may arrange somebody to collect for you - please
let us know if somebody else is picking your
item up - providing their full name.
Uncollected items will be returned to suppliers
or added to floor stock after a 7 day period.
Due to costs and efforts involved by our shop staff
there are no refunds for items that remain
uncollected after the 7 day
