Refund Policy

Please Choose Carefully as Pet City does Not usually provide refunds
on livestock or products due to change of mind or incorrect buying decission.

In the event of faulty items and warranty issues Pet City will endeavor to exchange or assist customer with making a manufacture/supplier warranty claim and at the discretion of Pet City we may provide an exchange or credit note, however cash refunds are generaly not given.

Of course Pet City does comply with all laws and any desicion is at the discretion of the pet city store manager.
